Pete Lambert, Electrical Assembler at Coborn, took part in a two-day charity event organised by “Frank’s Charity Track Day Club” at Blyton Park on 22/23 September.
Pete was driving his very own custom-built Mazda MX5 and in spite of crashing and spinning on his first attempt, during extremely wet conditions, took to the track again to record his best time of 1 minute 26.4 seconds. Well done Pete for true dedication and spirit!
The event raised a total of £5,450 for charities, one of which is the Stroke Association.
